Implementation & Set Up

This process involves the establishment of software control files. These achieve the desired process control for your system. The background parameters are variable and need to be tuned to your business requirements. The establishment of master file codes and parameters are an important part in the set up of your system. Attention to these areas enable ease of use for staff and to get the necessary structure to meet your reporting requirements and integration between modules. The final stage in the implementation and set up process is to establish opening balances for relevant modules.

Training of Staff

This process involves explaining the processes involved in each of the modules. If you like, how to do something on the system. ie entering invoices, credits, journals, running reports etc... One of the critical areas covered in training involves the balancing and audit reporting procedures. A number of standard forms are supplied to help in this process and to assist in the reconciliation and balancing of your system.

Continuing Support Services

It is Arrow Software Consultants aim to have your office staff as familiar and independent as possible with the packages provided. It is however, the nature of any business software package, that additional support will be required from time to time. To this end we offer on site, telephone and modem support to our clients. This work is performed on a time and materials basis as required.

Management Report Writing

Specific customer reports are able to be developed by the use of either Microsoft Reporting Services or Crystal Report Writer. Whilst the software (Tencia/Arrow) have a wealth of standard reports within the software package, we are able to provide tailored management analysis for your business.
