Continuing Support Services It is Arrow Software Consultants aim to have your office staff as familiar and independent as possible with the packages provided. It is however, the nature of any business software package, that additional support will be required from time to time. To this end we offer on site, telephone and modem support to our clients. This work is performed on a time and materials basis as required. Management Report Writing A wealth of standard reports are included in the software system. However by using Microsoft Reporting Services or Crystal Report Writer you will have the capability to produce your own custom reports that are more suited to your business operation.
